FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

On August 8th, tickets can be purchased on site inside the Grand Entrance starting at 11AM.

  • Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Only ages 21+ may enter the casino and restaurants.
  • If you are 21+, you must present a valid photo ID to receive a wristband for alcoholic beverages.
  • Must be 21+ to receive a wristband to be allowed to purchase alcohol.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be intoxicated.
  • Some bars will operate on a cash-only basis. These bars will be clearly labeled.

Gates open at 5PM.

An ATM will be available on site for cash-required bars.

No professional cameras or recording devices permitted.

  • All bags are subject to search.
  • Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC.

Contact the nearest WarHorse team member for emergencies. Security staff is trained in basic First Aid, CPR, and AED use.

  • No outside food or beverage allowed.
  • Food trucks and bars will be stationed within the Horsemen’s Park infield.

Contact security to be directed to our lost and found located at the West Entrance.

  • Parking available on site, including four levels of our Parking Garage.
  • Parking also available at Liberty First Arena. We will offer shuttle services to and from Liberty First Arena parking.
  • Lawn chairs or personal chairs are welcome so long as they are used appropriately.
  • Bags subject to search.
  • Any form of weapon (mace, knives, firearms, etc. and replicas).
  • Outside food and beverage.
  • No re-entry permitted for General Admission ticket holders.
  • VIP ticket buyers will be allowed re-entry.

Refunds are permitted before the time of the concert.

  • Porta potties will be available on site.
  • The VIP tent will have access to its own porta potties.

Smoking and vaping will not be allowed within the event space.
